This is a proposed building that turned into a marketing piece. THe majority of the modeling was done using 3D Studio, with VRay and Photoshop used to button it up. This was my first real challenge with VRay glass materials as this buidling is skinned with 2 layers of glass. I was never able to get the lighting showing through the glass like I wanted it to. What you see is where I finally through in the towel and said enough.
The trees etc inside the building were all Photoshoped as my machine kept crashing trying to render 3D Trees.

I am open to any and all comments as I would like to revisit the rendering someday for a closeup showing a restuarant / bar scene.

Thank you
